Register your team now for the American Red Cross Gumbo Cook-off.

The 4th Annual Cook-Off will take place from 11:00am-2:00pm in Bienville Square on Saturday, March 31, 2012.

All team tickets or registration fees must be paid for by March 1st, 2012.

Each team will be required to prepare and serve 10 gallons of gumbo.
